The Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna, Austria is an organization with three major missions: academic research, graduate education, and applied project research. My role in the Institute is to conduct my own research work and to help administer the Program in Economics, (PiE). The PiE is our two-year graduate program and is comparable to the first two years of a Ph.D. program in the U.S. Among my duties in the PiE is to organize with my colleagues a joint macro/microeconomics seminar series and to supervise the students' final thesis papers. As part of the PiE, I also teach an annual course on dynamic methods in economics. Most importantly, I am responsible, along with my colleagues, for inviting and organizing the visits of our guest professors, who teach the bulk of the course work in the PiE. The guest professors I have been responsible for include, among others, Stephen J. Turnovsky, Dale Henderson, Giuseppi Bertola, Joshua Aizenman, Seppo Honkapohja, and Huntley Schaller. Finally, I also assist in organizing the Institute for Advanced Studies Working Paper Series.

I read whole history of the Austrian economists, (e.g. von Mises' "Human Action," 1917, from Ed Rice's optional book, Business Economics 530 in my comparison and search for Reich and Magaziner's changes in anti trust laws to allow greater industrial concentration vis-a-vis Japanese industrial power in 1982, i.e. Reekie, "Industry, Prices, and Markets"
Halstead of JW&Sons, 1979) back to Carl Menger, Ph.D.'s "Industrial Economics," U. Vienna, 1897 to substitute it for the tepid UW School of Business's Marketing 500, etc., (even, Rappaport, i.e. Ph.D., Economics, Harvard at Northwestern has this institutional liability in his work in marketing). Thus, I succeeded in a new English, or, American methodogical radicalism, e.g. R.E. Caves, BA, Ph.D., Harvard, i.e. Caves, "Multinational Enterprise and Economic Analysis" Surveys of Economic Literature, Cambridge U. Press, 1985.
I practice the external correction in business plan writing for a new consultancy; that, focuses on electrical engineering as knowledge failure, by substitution, institutionally,1983-1999, (which see, Fukukai business plan by invitation by Kunath, i.e. Kunath, Karren, Rinne, and Atkin,Seattle, Microsoft 1983) referencing Paul Roemer, Ph.D., Professor, Economics, Stanford, e.g. 1997, or, Charley Rose Show 1998. All of this opposes from my Pollokowski, who Dr. Douglass North effectively, fired 1979, viz. David Weitzel, BA, Reed, MA, U.Michigan, T.A., e.g. Worcester, himself, like, Pollokowski, an urban economist but an econometrician, unlike, Dr. Pollokowski, who was educated at UC Berke-ley, and was explicit in teaching, very interesting, urban economics, i.e. 416 and 556, that, I earned a 3.40 and a 2.60 but by his invitation, as, I did not have the formal econometrics, but, economists, democratically, indulge over simplification as did my recommending for the UW M.U.P. Program, so, that, with Uwajimaya Inc. head, and with myself previously in a social justice and Japanese American national community resources for community approach, e.g. health and housing services in Seattle and San Francisco, Mr. Tomio Moriguchi, BS, UW Seattle, President, op. cit., that, with Mr. Jeff Goldman, BA, Env Plan and Management, UC Davis, M. Urb. Pl. candidate, 1981, on leave for masters degree in service training, i.e. Ward B. Connerly Associates, Inc., Sacramento, I converted the 2.60 into a 3.7 applying Edwin S. Mills, Ph.D.'s Urban Spatial Structure" from Resources for the Future, Johns Hopkins, to site the Japanese Community Center for King County; however, after, two quarters of field work in urban economics, the mixed good, strategically, especially, in Seattle, San Francisco, Minneapolis, which see, Ouchi 1983, with planning analysis of City of Seattle's investments of staff analyses and funds from HUD, with Mr. Goldman, Mr. Stusnick, Lt., Navy, BA, UW Seattle, the "Central Area Video Planning Project," 12 Credits, 4.0-4.0, 503-504, Dr. Alan Rabinowitz, BA, Yale, MBA, Harvard 1948, Real Estate Division, "Urban Recovery and Investment" Chem Bank HQ, NY, NY and Arthur D. Little & Co. Cambridge HQ, Ph.D. City Planning, MIT, Harvard School of Design.
However, from the urban economics greater specificity and my whole literature and reading reviews over strategic planning in an ambitious international context, after, A. Wills, Ph.D.'s invitation to the Institute for Economic Research, Wtr 1985, where, I acted, effectively, as, her guest resident, as, I had been in the local urban case in Rabinowitz 503-504, in a verbal and arithmetic versus econometrical methodology set against Nobel Laureate Dr. Lawrence Klein's comment with Professor Alan Page, Ph.D., Finance, on a possible one per cent rate of error, for which I set my arithmetic budgetary challenge over fourteen years toward the current project, after, eliminating the statistical process control and ex post systems methodologies, or, that is, initially, that I rederived from externalities, conceptually, Coase's article, that sets the foundation, wrongly, I feel, for the multinational enterprise, "The Nature of the Firm" by Dr. Ronald A. Coase, Ph.D., U. Middlesex, Middlesex, England, United Kingdom, or, Coase 1937, i.e. methodologically, simplistic, (but, who was not wrong in effect, but, in cause, or, definition of why markets for labor hiring were risky; demo-cratic education was new in 1937).
